Fun with Physics

From time to time something really fun comes along but for one reason or another we can't take all the kids so my husband and I do the only responsible, adult thing. We rock, paper, scissors for it. Sadly, this time, he won and got to take the boy to a physics class...at an indoor skydiving place, iFly. So. Jealous. But I'll get to go next time. iFly is a nationwide indoor skydiving company and many of their locations offer daytime homeschool physics classes from time to time. To be honest, my husband described the education as a little light but the overall experience was worth it as a supplement to any study of physics or, like in their case, just a fun bonding trip. He equated the professionalism and "show" quality to that of Disney - high praise from my husband.  One small warning: if, like my husband you were born with chipmunk cheeks, they will flap in the wind and make all the children around laugh and point at you.  If you do go, go for
